Included in this update were enhancements to the Inspection module on mobile, including:
The addition of sub-statuses
An Inspection Attribute tab and collapsible zones
Increased visibility of asset details
Attachments and comments possible per field
Condition Assessment Enhancements (Mobile)
Included in this update were enhancements to the Condition Assessment module on mobile, including:
The addition of sub-statuses
Increased visibility of asset details
Dials numbered from 1-10/labeled as "Null" to indicate user-given CA scores
Attachments and comments by line item
New Scheduler Module Enhancements (Web)
The Scheduler module for web received new features and enhancements which include:
Availability prompts (located in Company Options): toggle on to enable a roll call-like function. Employees will see a pop-up upon first log in of the day that asks them to confirm their availability
Streamlined UI and user-friendly dashboard — see employee availability and resource roles at a glance
Resource Role support (configured in Lookups)
Increased support for Work Schedule
The addition of Work Schedule zone for equipment
Time Off improvements — time off can be added for yourself or other employees from the Scheduler dashboard and will now apply to timesheets. A Task drop-down also replaces the previous Category drop-down in the Time Off pop-up
The ability to reassign workloads
The ability to view work orders and PMs that need employees assigned
The addition of Equipment and Crew availability, plus the ability to lock and unlock crews
The ability to assign crew types to work orders
Planner view for easier workload management
Predictive Maintenance Enhancements
Changes to PdMs in NEXGEN include:
The ability to create trigger templates for PdMs in the Lookups module, plus a Trigger Template zone within PdM records
The ability to link inspection and CA types to PdMs
New Features Slated for February 20
The next minor update for NEXGEN is projected to release on February 20th and will include:
Various UI changes
Increased visibility for filters
Sliders instead of pop-ups
