The default view of the asset inventory module is List View. Here you can view assets in a list view and preview basic information for each asset. Search, sort, and filter to locate asset records. Note - when you first navigate to the asset inventory module, the screen will be blank until you search or filter to find an asset.
Getting to List View
- Navigate to the Asset Inventory Module. Click Assets > Asset Inventory.
- Click the List icon in the upper right corner.
View Assets in List View
Once you have searched or made a filter selection, the following information is visible for an asset in list view:
- Asset Photo
- Asset Number
- Asset Name
- Department/Division
- Location (lowest level on the location hierarchy tree)
- Class (lowest level on the class hierarchy tree)
- Number of corrective work orders
- Number of preventive work orders
- Address
For each page of assets in list view, view the number of assets shown, the total purchase cost, and the total replacement cost at the bottom of the screen.
