Add Items to a Work Order - Work Order

You can add stock items to a work order to show that you used those items to complete it. This helps with both job costing and warehouse tracking. For instructions on how to do so, see below.

Navigate to the Work Order Module

To navigate to the Work Order module:
  1. Tap on Work Order in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

Add Items to a Work Order

To add items to a work order:
  1. Navigate to the Work Order module.
  2. Tap on a work order.
  3. Tap on the Items tab.
  4. Tap +Item.
  5. Tap Stock Item.
  6. Select an item(s) to add to the work order. As you select items, a blue checkmark will appear next to them.
  7. Tap the checkmark in the top right.
  8. Adjust the quantity of each item you selected.
  9. Tap Attach.
