Scheduled Maintenance
There will be scheduled downtime across our NEXGEN sites from 8 PM on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 PST to 12 AM Thursday, February 29, 2023 PST. We will be updating our system with new feature updates and bug fixes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Note: If you are locally hosted, please make sure you turn off Auto Update in settings. Do not update your mobile apps until we schedule an update with you. To schedule an update, please email at support@nexgenam.com or call 916.779.7314.
New Mobile Applications Available
Starting on Thursday, February 29 new mobile applications will be available for download. This build will NOT be backward compatible, so updating right away will be necessary. For devices and version numbers, see below.
