Warehouse Manager Dashboard Overview

NEXGEN offers several different dashboards designed to be helpful for specific roles. The warehouse manager dashboard gives a bird's eye view of activities in the Warehouse module: basic information on inventory requisitions, items to reorder, cycle counts and any discrepancies, and more.

Warehouse Manager Dashboard Overview


The warehouse manager dashboard can be accessed through the NEXGEN dashboard by selecting it in the dashboard drop-down menu. The information you can see on the dashboard is listed below and can be seen as you scroll down:
  1. Inventory requisitions organized by status
  2. Inventory reorder information (top items that need reordering)
  3. Cycle counts and their statuses
  4. Purchase requisitions organized by status (stock or non-stock)
  5. New and active purchase orders

Viewing and Filtering Data on the Warehouse Manager Dashboard

Use the topmost filter button in the top right to filter by warehouse, location, or vendor.

You can also filter any of the columns within the sections listed above by clicking the filter icon next to it.



Searching for Data on the Warehouse Manager Dashboard

To search for data, type your search query into the search bar at the top of the dashboard. You can search by the following parameters:
  1. Item name
  2. Record number
  3. Requested by
  4. Item number (POs only)
  5. Vendor name
Note that if you want to see results for a specific warehouse, location, or vendor, you must use the Filter button in the top right.
