View or Edit Inspection Info and User-Defined Fields

Learn how to edit the information and user-defined fields on an inspection record.

 

Edit the Inspection Information

The inspection information is in the top zone.

  1. To edit any of these fields, click Edit
  2. Make desired changes. 
  3. Click Save

Change the Inspection Status

There are two ways to change the inspection status. 

  1. Change the status by editing the Status field in the top zone (see above). 
  2. Change the status by clicking the desired status on the breadcrumbs bar at the top of the inspection.

Edit Inspection User-Defined Fields (UDFs)

User-defined fields (UDFs) are fields specific to an inspection type. There can be one or more zones of UDFs. 

  1. To edit any of the fields in any of the UDF zones, click Edit on the top zone.
  2. Fill in desired fields. 
  3. Click Save.
