Sign Up for NEXGEN Community - Help Center
NEXGEN Community is a new feature in the NEXGEN Help Center that operates much like an online forum. From the site, users can create posts, comment on other users' posts, and suggest new ideas for the NEXGEN team to review.
Accessing NEXGEN Community
1. From your NEXGEN dashboard, click on the "Help" icon on the taskbar on the left side of the screen: 
. This will bring you to the NEXGEN Help Center.
2. Click on the "Community" icon to navigate to NEXGEN Community.
Signing up for NEXGEN Community
If you are an existing user of the support ticket portal, you will not have to sign up for a new account to use Community -- just sign in using your usual information. If you are not an existing user and need to sign up for an account, follow these steps:
- Navigate to our Help Center portal by clicking on the Help icon from your NEXGEN site dashboard.
- In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click the "Sign Up" button.
- Enter your preferred name and your work email in the text boxes, and fill out the CAPTCHA text box accordingly.
- Entering your work email will link your information to any support tickets you have submitted to our team.
- You will also be able to view any support tickets other members of your team have submitted.
- After first signing up, you will receive a confirmation email. You must navigate to that email to confirm your information before logging in.
- Once you confirm your email you should be ready to engage with our Help Center. You will be able to make posts, speak with other users of NEXGEN Community, and create and vote on new ideas to improve NEXGEN's software.
