PM Required for Asset

A checkbox has been added to the asset record as well as at the class level called “PM Required”. All assets that require a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule should have this checkbox checked. Reports can then be generated showing which assets or classes have PMs associated in the system.

    1. Option 1: In the Asset Inventory module, right click on the class and click Edit Class.
    2. Option 2: In the Asset Plan module, find and click the desired class.
  2. Click Edit on the top right zone.
  3. Check the checkbox labeled PM Required
  4. Click Save.

Mark a Single Asset as PM Required

  2. Open the desired record.
  3. Click Edit on the top zone.
  4. Check the checkbox labeled PM Required
