Performance Reports - FAQs
By default, the screen that displays when you click into the Performance Reports module is the Favorites tab, which houses a list of your favorite reports. You can mark reports as favorites by clicking the heart icon next to them in the Standard Reports tab. If you have no reports marked as favorites, the Favorite tab will not display anything.
To see a brief summary about a report, hover over the information icon next to the report in the list of NEXGEN stock reports.
How do I create a custom report?
- Report Title
- Report Columns/Data Needed
- Filters/Filtering Logic
- (Optional) Calculations - costs or percentage quantities that need to be used when calculating metrics
Can I get reports to generate automatically?
Yes, and you can get these reports sent directly to your email. To do this, subscribe to a report by clicking the clock icon next to it in the Standard Reports list, or click Subscribe after clicking on a report.
Can I subscribe other people to reports, such as my team, if I want them all to get a certain report?
Currently, this is not a function that is available in NEXGEN. Users will have to subscribe themselves to the report you specify in order for them to receive that report automatically. You can also subscribe to the report yourself and forward the emails you receive to the relevant parties.
