Additional Information Field for Service Request Locations

We've added a space for you to add additional information about a service request address so you can better specify its exact location.

PM Dashboard Updates

Though it's not out yet, we're bringing back the PM dashboard with a calendar view with clickpaths that lead to PM schedules. We're also adding buckets where you can see a summary of how many PMs are in the system with information icons that tell you how to lower your PM numbers. Hours comparison will also be added to replace the PM count in the top right of the dashboard.

Non-Stock Items

On non-stock items, we have added a use count so you can know whether you should list it as a stock item instead. Currently, we don't have a functionality to convert those non-stock items to stock items, but we wanted to provide you with data you might need to make that decision.

Multiple Edit Reason Field

If you have a reason to mass edit, you can include it in the new Reason field. This lets other users know why the multiple edit was made.

GIS Changes

We've added a number of changes to GIS, including additional notifications for GIS syncs, a GIS layer activity feed (configurable in Company Options), and information icons in the asset panel in GIS layers so you can be sure your assets are created in the right spot. Webhooks will also be available in the system soon.
