Meter Readings for an Asset on a Work Order
You can view or add new meter readings for an asset on a work order without having to open the asset record.
Add Meter Reading
- Scroll to the Assets zone of the work order.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the asset and select Meter Reading.
- Click + Add.
- Select the Meter Type and enter the Reading value. If desired, change the date/time stamp and enter Comments.
NEXGEN Tip: If you need to enter a lower meter reading for meter types that should only have increasing readings (ie: odometer, run time, etc.), click the Reset button before adding the lower reading. |
View Existing Meter Readings for an Asset on a Work Order
- Scroll to the Assets zone of the work order.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the asset and select Meter Reading.
