Manually Generate a Work Order from a PM Template - PM

If you need to fire a work order from PM template immediately, you can do so using the Work Order button housed within the record. See below for specific instructions on how to do so.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:

1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
   
2. Click Preventive Maintenance.
   

Manually Generate a Work Order from a PM Template

To immediately fire a work order from a PM template:

1. Open a PM template.
   
   
   
1. Check off Show Templates in the top right to allow PM templates to display in the PM list.
   
2. Click Work Order in the top right.
   
   
   
3. A note will appear in the bottom right to indicate a work order was successfully fired. To view this work order:
   
1. In the same PM template record, scroll down to the Work Order zone.
   
2. Click the WO number to open the WO record.
