Make Asset Address the Default Address on a Work Order

After adding an asset to a work order, you can make the asset's address the work order address. This saves time from having to manually enter a work order address.

 

  1. Open a work order record. 
  2. Click the dropdown arrow on the asset in the Assets zone of the work order. 
  3. Select Default Address.Screen_Shot_2020-09-18_at_3.18.45_PM.png
  4. The asset's address will automatically fill in the Address field in the work order info section of the work order (top zone).Screen_Shot_2020-09-18_at_3.21.10_PM.png
