NEXGEN offers several different dashboards designed to be helpful for specific roles. The maintenance dashboard shows information beneficial to those who are part of any asset maintenance process: It shows information such as work orders and service requests by status, a summary of tagged comments, and, if needed, a map with pins showing the locations where maintenance or investigation is needed.
Maintenance Dashboard Overview
The maintenance dashboard can be accessed through the NEXGEN dashboard by selecting it in the dashboard drop-down menu. The information you can see on the dashboard is listed below and can be seen as you scroll down:
Number of work orders, service requests, inspections, and condition assessments by status
A map with pins representing work orders and service requests that have an address attached
Work orders, service requests, inspections, and condition assessments by priority
A summary of comments you've been tagged in
A summary of inventory requisitions
My Records, My Team's Records, and All Records
There are three toggles at the top of the maintenance dashboard labeled "My," "My Team," and "All."
My: View records that are assigned to you directly and records that you have created.
Records will appear in the "My" tab if your name appears under the following fields:
Initiated/Requested By
Supervisor
Lead
Resource
My Team: View records assigned to users who report to the same supervisor. The My Team view is intended to help users that work in a bench system and frequently need to review work assigned to other team members. Supervisory users will be able to see the work assigned to their staff under this tab.
All: View information for all records across the system.
Note: These toggles are still subject to any department, division, or domain filters you have applied. If you aren't seeing the correct work, check those filters are correct.
Customizing the Dashboard
You can customize what information is displayed on the dashboard. This includes:
The definitions of each status displayed on the dashboard
