Filter Assets

Filter Assets

Filter Assets by Department, Status (active vs inactive), Location, and class. Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously. The Department, Location, and Class filters are organized hierarchically to make it easy for you to find the appropriate division, sub-locations, and sub-classes. Note - to use filters, you must first reset your existing search criteria.

  1. Navigate to the Asset Inventory Module. Click Assets > Asset Inventory.
  2. Click the Filters zone at the bottom to expand the filters.
  3. Fill in one or more filter fields.

NEXGEN Tip: List boxes (like the Location and Class fields) allow you to select more than one option in that field whereas dropdown fields (like the Department & Active fields) allow you to select only one option.
