Export Prioritization Table

Note: Prioritization is a combination of Risk, Funding, and Budget. Make sure Funding, Risk, and Budget are set up correctly to get the most out of the prioritization module

  1. Go to AM Planning > Prioritization
  2. Click on the domain level for Location or Department or click on a Location, Sublocation, Department, Division
  3. Click Export icon in Prioritization table
  4. Choose Excel or PDF
  5. Save to location

    • Export Budget

      Go to AM Planning > Budget Select a year from the dropdown Select Location or Department depending on which view you want to export Click Export on top right toolbar Select Excel or PDF Click Save if prompted

    • Export Funding Details

      Go to AM Planning > Funding Click on a Location, Sublocation, Class or Subclass from the tree Click on Export to Excel or Export to PDF

    • Export Probability Calculation

      Go to AM Planning > Risk Click on an Asset that has Risk set up Click on the Export icon for the Probability Calculation Select Excel or PDF Save the file to location

    • Export Cycle Count by Location

      Go to Warehouse > Cycle Count Select a Cycle Count where status is Unlocked Across the Part click on Count button Click on Export on the top RHS
