Edit Items Attached to a Parent PM - PM

You can edit items that are attached to a parent PM by following the steps below.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance in the blue sidebar to the left.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

Edit Items Attached to a Parent PM

To edit items attached to a parent PM:
  1. Open a parent PM.
  2. Scroll down to the Items zone.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow to the left of the item you would like to edit.
  4. Click Edit,
  5. Make changes as needed.
  6. Click Save.

Assign Items to a Specific Schedule

You can assign certain quantities of items to a specific schedule in the Items zone. To do this:
  1. In a PM record, scroll down to the Items zone.
  2. Click Edit in the top right.
  3. Adjust the quantity of each item per schedule.
    1. The numbers at the top of each column correspond to schedules that are attached to the parent PM. Scroll up to the Schedule zone to see which number corresponds with which schedule.
  4. Click Save.
