Delete a Problem Level - NEXGEN 311

Problems in NEXGEN 311 are the types of issues users can report using the 311 Portal. These problems are organized into hierarchies, meaning they can be at either the parent level or the child level. If you no longer need a certain problem type in your 311 Portal and need it removed from your site, you can delete it by following the steps in this article.
Note: Before attempting to delete a problem level, you must first delete all child levels. If you do not, you will not be given the option to delete the level.

Navigate to NEXGEN 311 Settings

To navigate to the Problems section of the 311 Service settings:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click "Settings."
  2. Click "Integration."
  3. Click "311 Service."
  4. Click "Problems."

Delete a Problem Level

To delete a problem level:
  1. Navigate to the Problems section of the 311 Service settings.

  2. Click the Delete button (denoted by a trash can icon) next to the problem you would like to delete.
  3. Click "Save."
