Asset Manager Dashboard Overview
NEXGEN offers several different dashboards designed to be helpful for specific roles. The asset manager dashboard shows information related to the condition of assets and highlights relevant data, such as the average condition of all active assets or the top ten most costly assets.
Information Found on the Asset Manager Dashboard
The asset manager dashboard can be accessed through the NEXGEN dashboard by selecting it in the dashboard drop-down menu. The information you can see on the dashboard is listed below:
- Total active assets
- Total locations, classes, and processes
- ARI, AII, API, and ACI data
- Lowest scores on record, highest scores on record, and the average score of all assets
- A chart is available for each of these sections. Click the chart icon in the top right of any of the relevant sections to view a graph of asset data forecasts.
- Asset Status Overview pie chart
- Top 10 Highest Risk Assets list (filterable)
- Top 10 Highest Maintenance Cost Assets list (filterable)
- Top 10 Lowest Condition Assessment Assets list (filterable)
- Asset refurbishment and replacement work order list
Filtering Data and Viewing Graphs
Filter your dashboard by clicking the Filter button in the top right. You can filter by Location, Class, or Process. Click the X next to a filter to clear it. To view a line graph of asset performance forecasts, click the graph icon in the top right of any section of the dashboard.
