Create a Service Request in the GIS Module

Use the Service Request Tool to Create a Service Request

  1. Navigate to the GIS module. Click Assets > GIS.
  2. Zoom and pan to get to the desired location on the map. 
  3. Select the Service Request tool from the toolbar. Screen_Shot_2020-10-01_at_3.34.15_PM.png
  4. Click the location on the map to drop a pin.
  5. Hover over the pin. Click Create New SR. Screen_Shot_2020-10-01_at_3.35.49_PM.png
  6. Fill out the service request details and Save.

 

Search an Address to Create a Service Request

  1. Navigate to the GIS module. Click Assets > GIS.
  2. Type the address into the search bar. A list of addresses will populate below. Select the correct address from the list. Screen_Shot_2020-10-01_at_3.37.45_PM.png
  3. A pin will be dropped at that address. 
  4. Hover over the pin. Click Create New SR. 
  5. Fill out the service request details and Save.
