Create a New Service Request - Service Request

You can create a new service request from scratch from the NEXGEN Android tablet app. See below for instructions on how to do so.

Navigate to the Service Request Module

To navigate to the Service Request module:
  1. In the top left of the screen, tap the three line icon to open the navigation menu.
  2. Tap Service Request.

Create a New Service Request

To create a new service request on the Android tablet:
  1. Navigate to the Service Request module.
  2. Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Fill in the service request details. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.
  4. Tap Save.
Note: You can also create a service request from the NEXGEN Hot Spot. To do this, open the navigation menu, tap NEXGEN Hot Spot, and tap Create Service Request.
