Create a New Condition Assessment Record

  1. Go to Assets > Condition Assessment
  2. Click the + New icon in the top left of the screen

  3. Select Condition Assessment type  
  4. Click the + Add button
  5. Fill in required information marked by red asterisks
  6. Add an Asset Name by clicking the + icon in its field

  7. For the Asset Name, select an asset by clicking the checkbox next to the desired asset
  8. After selecting Asset Name, click Attach 
  9. Fill in remaining details
  10. Click Save
