Calendar Sync Setup Guide
- Click on Settings -> Users
- Select your User
- Click on Edit at the top RHS
- Check Generate Calendar
- Click Save
- Note: A background process will run to generate the Internet Calendar link. Check back after 5-10 minutes to verify the link has appeared.
- Click Copy
- Go to Outlook -> Account Settings
- Go to Internet Calendars tab and click New. Paste link into text box as below.
- Click Add
- Create a folder name and description
- After about 5 minutes, the calendar will start syncing and user can check the calendar to make sure the records are displaying correctly.
- Click on a record to view the link to the record and details about the record. (NOTE: These records will come from My Workload section of Scheduler. You can make changes in Scheduler or the record to see it reflect in Outlook)
NOTE: This is a one way integration from NEXGEN into Outlook so any changes in Outlook will not reflect back in NEXGEN. The syncing process will happen every 5 minutes.
