Attach a New Work Order to a Condition Assessment Record

  1. Go to Assets > Condition Assessment
  2. Select an Existing Condition Assessment
  3. On the Work Order zone at the bottom of the page, click + Add

  4. Fill in required information marked by red asterisks  
  5. Fill in remaining details
  6. Click Save 
  7. On new Work Order record, the original Condition Assessment record appears in the Condition Assessment panel
