Add a PM Schedule - PM

You can add PM schedules to a PM record to have them fire WOs according to a set timeframe or meter interval. Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

Add a PM Schedule

To add a PM schedule to a PM record:
  1. Create or open a PM record.
  2. In the PM record, click +Add Schedule in the top right.
  3. Select either Add by Date or Add by Meter.
  4. A pop-up will appear. In it, add the details of the date-based or meter-based schedule.
    1. The image to the bottom left is the pop-up for a date-based schedule.
    2. See the bottom right image for the pop-up for a meter-based schedule.
  5. Click Save.
