Add Parts

Add Parts

  1. Go to Warehouse > Purchase Order
  2. Open an Existing PO
  3. Under Part List Zone, click on Add button
  4. Select Part from the list and click on Attach
  5. Enter the Quantity Ordered and click on Attach

      1. Select Vendor from List view (or search by vendor information)  2. Click Add button on Parts blue band 3. Select a single part (or multiply parts) from pop up window and click on Attach button

      Go to Maintenance > Predictive Maintenance Open parent PdM record  Click Add button on RHS of Parts blue band  Select part(s) to add  Click Attach  Enter Estimated Units  Click Attach

      Go to Maintenance > Predictive Maintenance Open child PdM record  Click on dropdown arrow on RHS of part row  Click Add More  Enter additional units  Click Save
    • Add New Purchase Requisition (Controlled Inventory = TRUE)
