Add, Edit, or Delete a Child PM Task - PM

Tasks on Child PMs can be added or edited straight from the Child PM record. For instructions on how to do so, see below.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

Add a New Task to a Child PM

To add a new Task to a Child PM:
  1. Open a Child PM record.
    1. For more on Child PMs, click here.
  2. Scroll to the Task zone, then click +Add.
  3. Select Task from the drop-down list.
  4. Enter how many days the task will take.
  5. Click Save.


Edit or Delete a Child PM Task

To edit or delete a Task on a Child PM:
  1. Open a Child PM record.
  2. Scroll to the Task zone and click the drop-down arrow next to an existing Task.

  3. Click Edit or Delete.
  4. Make the required edits and click Save, or click OK in the pop-up to confirm deletion.
