Add More Items to a Child PM - PM

If you already have an item attached to a child PM, you can quickly add more estimated units of that item by using the Add More button. See below for instructions on how to do so.

Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module

To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
  1. From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance from the blue sidebar to the left.
  2. Click Preventive Maintenance.

Add More Items to a Child PM

To add more items to a child PM:
  1. Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module.
  2. Open a child PM and ensure it already has an item(s) attached.

  3. Scroll to the Items zone.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow next to an item.

  5. Click Add More.
  6. Adjust the Estimated Units field.
  7. Click Save when finished. The additional units should be visible in the Items zone.
