Add, Modify, & Delete Resources on a Service Request

Resources on a service request are employees or equipment. These are added to a service request to track time and cost.

 

Add a Resource to a Service Request

  1. Click + Add on the Resource zone. 
  2. Select Employee or Equipment
  3. Filter Resource Names by Department (if applicable).
  4. Select the Resource Name
  5. Select the Pay Type
  6. Enter the number of Hours
  7. Modify the Date/Time, if desired.
  8. Click Save.

Add Multiple Resources to a Service Request

  1. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the + Add button on the Resource zone. 
  2. Search for Employees and/or Equipment. 
  3. Select desired resources to add to selection. 
  4. Click Attach. 
  5. Enter info for each employee/equipment (see above). 
  6. Click Attach

Edit or Delete a Resource on a Service Request

  1. Click the dropdown arrow on the resource. 
  2. Select Edit to edit resource details (ie: pay type, actual units, etc.)
  3. Select Delete to remove the resource from the service request
