Add, Modify, & Delete Attachments on an Inspection
Attachments can be files, pictures, or webpage links that you add to an inspection to provide additional information.
Add an Attachment to an Inspection
- Click + Add on the Attachments zone.
- Select how you would like to add an attachment from the options listed below.
Option 1: Select File from your Computer
- Select file from your computer.
- Add a description (optional).
- Select file category (optional).
- Click Save.
Option 2: Add a URL to Attach a Webpage
- Paste URL address.
- Add website name.
- Enter description (optional).
- Select a category (optional).
- Click Attach Link.
Option 3: Add a File from the NEXGEN Document Library
- Select file(s) from document library.
- Click Attach.
NEXGEN Tip: Documents are automatically added to the NEXGEN Document Library whenever they are uploaded to NEXGEN. They are sorted by the module to which they were added. |
View, Download, or Delete an Attachment from a Inspection
- To view an attachment, click the file name link.
- To download or delete an attachment, click the dropdown arrow on the attachment and select Download or Delete.
