Adding Documents from Different Modules - Document Library

  • All modules will allow you to mass upload multiple files “Add From Library.”
  • All files directly uploaded from a specific module as an attachment using “Select File” or “Add URL,” will be added to the Document Library.
  1. Go to any module
  2. Click on an existing record
  3. Go to Attachments zone
  4. Click on Add From Library
  5. Select a file or multiple files by either searching, filtering or sorting through the list
  6. Click Attach
  7. If you mistakenly added a document, then you can hover over a document and click delete on the right side of the document
  8. Click Attach
