Add Checklist from Task to Child PM - PM
You can add a checklist from a task inside of a child PM. This can simplify the process of adding a checklist to a child PM.
Navigate to the Preventive Maintenance Module
To navigate to the Preventive Maintenance module:
- From the NEXGEN dashboard, click Maintenance.
- Click Preventive Maintenance.
Add a Checklist from a Task to a Child PM
To add a checklist from a task to a child PM:
- Open a child PM record.
- To learn how to distinguish a child PM from a parent PM, click here.
- Ensure that the child PM has a main task.
- You can see the Main Task field in the top zone of the PM record.
- Scroll to the Checklist zone and click the drop-down arrow next to +Add.
- Click Add from Task.
- Select the checklist(s) you would like to add.
- Click Attach.
