Adding a URL to the Document Library - Document Library
Users can add URLs to their site's records by uploading them directly to the Document Library. These URLs can be pulled whenever a user clicks Add URL in the Attachments zone of any record in NEXGEN.
Navigating to the Document Library
To access the Document Library:
- From the NEXGEN dashboard, click "Settings" in the blue bar to the left.
- Click "Document Library."
Adding Attachments Using a URL
To add attachments from the web using a URL:
- Navigate to the Document Library.
- At the top right of the module, click Add URL.
- Enter the attachment details.
- Enter the URL.
- Add a name for the URL.
- Select a category, if applicable. This is for organizational purposes.
- Enter a description, if needed.
- Click Attach when finished. The URL will be added to your Document Library.
