Add a Webhook Subscription

Organizations may have several software applications that they would like to communicate with NEXGEN. For example, a client may use external service request applications and would like the service requests to automatically update from changes made within NEXGEN. Webhooks are one of the ways web applications can communicate with each other. Webhook subscriptions can be added in the Settings module under Integration.


Note - Please work with our NEXGEN team to get any Webhook subscriptions set up. Reach out to support@nexgenam.com with your request.

1. Navigate to the Integration module. Click Settings > Integration. 
2. Click Webhook. 
3. Click + Add


4. Fill out Application Name. 
5. Select Active to activate the Webhook subscription.
6. Select the Module. 
7. Select the number of Retry Attempts. 
8. Enter the Application URL. 
9. Select Save.
